1. Terms of Return

• Return Period: Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or confirmation email with your return request.
• Eligibility: Only items purchased through our official online store are eligible for return.

2. State of Return

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Magnets must not show signs of damage, wear, or alteration.
• Custom or personalized magnets are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We accept returns or replacements for:

   • Use a trackable shipping method.
   • Unless the return is due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for       return shipping costs.

     

5. Refund Process

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for processing.
• Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product).

If you receive a damaged or incorrect magnet, we’re happy to send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
